个人护理缴费实施说明：服务日期决定类别
从 2026 年 10 月 1 日起，personal care 转入 Clinical Supports contribution category。Services Australia 将按服务交付日期自动应用类别；10 月 1 日前提供的服务即使之后出现在 statement 或 invoice 中，仍适用原有缴费。9 月 9 日公告确认，Aged Care Provider Portal 的发票、申报详情和付款报表将显示 Clinical Supports；提交方式不变，迟报和更正仍按服务交付日期分类。8 月 24 日 provider kit 确认，这项变化不会增加预算，不要求仅因缴费变化重新评估；资格、批准和可用资金要求不变。

- 按需要复核协议、care plan、预算、statement 与 invoice，不承诺额外服务或预算
- claim 提交方式不变；对照 9 月 9 日公告检查 Portal 发票、申报详情和付款报表，涵盖 10 月 1 日前服务的迟报与更正
