新的推定收益率（deeming rates）將於 2026 年 9 月 20 日生效
Social Security (Deeming Threshold Rates) Determination (No. 2) 2026 於 8 月 21 日完成登記，並從 2026 年 9 月 20 日起把門檻以下的推定收益率設為 1.75%、門檻以上的推定收益率設為 3.75%。衛生部新發布的 Support at Home 繳費表從 9 月 20 日起適用，但其 deeming 部分仍標註費率自 2026 年 3 月 20 日起適用，並列出 1.25% 與 3.25%。截至 9 月 21 日核查，這兩組官方數字互相衝突。不要在本地自行調和，也不要僅憑任一來源計算個人繳費、費用、退休金、退款或付款結果。

- 把已登記 determination 與 9 月 20 日 Support at Home 繳費表作為兩個獨立受控來源，分別記錄日期、顯示費率、核查日期和負責人
- 官方來源衝突期間，不要擅自為個人結果選用 1.75%/3.75% 或 1.25%/3.25%，也不要把費率寫成門檻金額
- 個人結果以 Services Australia 授權評估或正式通知為準；不明差異經服務商批准的財務或專業意見流程升級
- 需要依賴該差異結論的範本、預算、invoice、statement 或客戶文案先暫停變更，並保留版本及後續糾正軌跡
