新的推定收益率（deeming rates）将于 2026 年 9 月 20 日生效
Social Security (Deeming Threshold Rates) Determination (No. 2) 2026 于 8 月 21 日完成登记，并从 2026 年 9 月 20 日起把门槛以下的推定收益率设为 1.75%、门槛以上的推定收益率设为 3.75%。卫生部新发布的 Support at Home 缴费表从 9 月 20 日起适用，但其 deeming 部分仍标注费率自 2026 年 3 月 20 日起适用，并列出 1.25% 与 3.25%。截至 9 月 21 日核查，这两组官方数字互相冲突。不要在本地自行调和，也不要仅凭任一来源计算个人缴费、费用、养老金、退款或付款结果。

- 把已登记 determination 与 9 月 20 日 Support at Home 缴费表作为两个独立受控来源，分别记录日期、显示费率、核查日期和负责人
- 官方来源冲突期间，不要擅自为个人结果选用 1.75%/3.75% 或 1.25%/3.25%，也不要把费率写成门槛金额
- 个人结果以 Services Australia 授权评估或正式通知为准；不明差异经服务商批准的财务或专业意见流程升级
- 需要依赖该差异结论的模板、预算、invoice、statement 或客户文案先暂停变更，并保留版本及后续纠正轨迹
