Services Australia 於 2026 年 8 月 25 日宣布，自 11 月 30 日起停止透過 print ordering system 提供紙本 aged-care cost-of-care 表格。照護對象或 correspondence nominee 應透過 myGov 和 Centrelink 線上申請。紙本申請並未取消；需要時仍可從官網下載並列印目前表格。本公告未宣布改變 cost-of-care 資格、表格提交方式或獨立的 SA462 financial-hardship claim。

CaresLink does not select a form, determine whether a person must apply, assess financial hardship, calculate costs or contributions, receive evidence, or provide legal, financial, eligibility, billing, or professional advice.
