Services Australia 于 2026 年 8 月 25 日宣布，自 11 月 30 日起停止通过 print ordering system 提供纸质 aged-care cost-of-care 表格。照护对象或 correspondence nominee 应通过 myGov 和 Centrelink 在线申请。纸质申请并未取消；需要时仍可从官网下载并打印当前表格。本公告未宣布改变 cost-of-care 资格、表格提交方式或独立的 SA462 financial-hardship claim。
