住宅养老按实际服务付款过渡将于 2027 年 7 月 1 日开始
卫生部于 2026 年 8 月 27 日宣布，AN-ACC 资助服务商及相关住宅补贴和补充款将分阶段转向按实际已提供服务付款。自 2027 年 7 月 1 日起，预付款将逐步减少，按已提供服务支付的款项将逐步增加；公告称自 2029 年 6 月 30 日起，全部资金将以后付方式支付。在 2027 年 7 月 1 日或之后投入运营的新获批住宅养老院将按已提供服务获得付款。NATSIFACP 和 MPSP 住宅服务商不适用，服务商获得的总资助金额不会改变。
