住宿式養老按實際服務付款過渡將於 2027 年 7 月 1 日開始
衞生部於 2026 年 8 月 27 日宣布，AN-ACC 資助服務商及相關住宿式養老補貼和補充款將分階段轉向按實際已提供服務付款。由 2027 年 7 月 1 日起，預付款將逐步減少，按已提供服務支付的款項將逐步增加；公告稱由 2029 年 6 月 30 日起，全部資金將以後付方式支付。在 2027 年 7 月 1 日或之後投入營運的新獲批住宿式養老院將按已提供服務獲得付款。NATSIFACP 和 MPSP 住宿式服務商不適用，服務商獲得的總資助金額不會改變。
