How it works
Choose existing templates for one task
Your four choices determine which CaresLink templates appear. Review the suggested files, remove any you do not need, then download the pack.
Matched to all four choices
The builder only shows files assigned to your role, program, task and language. If none fit, it shows no results.
Existing templates only
You download ready-to-edit DOCX templates. The builder does not write, score or approve care records.
File details included
Each pack includes filenames, versions, review dates, languages and download links so your team can check what it received.
Editorial method

Safe use
Before you use these files
The builder selects existing CaresLink templates. It does not decide whether a document meets your legal, funding or organisation requirements.
- Use the four menus only. The builder does not ask for an account, document upload or client details.
- Add names, health, financial, worker or case information only after download, using systems and storage approved by your organisation.
- Review and adapt every template against current law, guidance, contracts, policies and the person's circumstances before use.
- Suggested files are starting points. They are not approvals or compliance decisions.
