- Link primary public sources where a policy claim depends on them.
- Separate source statements from CaresLink operational prompts.
- Check examples for clarity, factual wording, and internal consistency.
What dates mean
- A published date records when an article first appeared.
- A reviewed date appears only when that content item has an explicit review record.
- A source checked date applies to the linked source, not automatically to the whole page.
- Pages without a review record are not labelled as reviewed.

Byline scope
The CaresLink Editorial Team is a publishing attribution. Unless a page explicitly names another reviewer, it should not be read as a claim of external clinical, legal, compliance, government, or regulator review.
AI and automation
