NDIS reminds unregistered providers of Code of Conduct obligations
On 4 September 2026, the NDIS Commission said it had contacted more than 285,000 unregistered providers, including sole traders identified through NDIS plan payments. The reminder concerns existing Code of Conduct obligations and enforcement, not a new universal registration requirement. The Code applies to registered and unregistered providers and their workers.
