The public website does not create a session or account. In the separate AI Portal, you can sign in to draft a de-identified Communication Note or check one of six supported English DOCX templates. Other role-based Portal workspaces are not published here.

The public website is not the account system
The AI Portal currently offers a free plan with Points for AI requests. Sign in there to see your balance and the current rules. Paid plans and top-up purchases are not available yet. Read the current AI Portal terms.
Role-based Portal entry also remains unavailable until the Portal publishes its approved role taxonomy, authorisation and destination routes. Public task links on this website are not role workspaces.
Account deletion: current status
The public website cannot inspect or delete an account. Account closure and account-data deletion requests currently go to CaresLink support for manual review.
Request account closure or data deletion
Email CaresLink support with your account email and the type of request. We may need to verify your identity and will explain the outcome or any further information needed.
This is a manual request. Opening an email link does not send a request or delete an account. Do not send passwords, health information or identifiable care records.
Necessary Points transactions and security records may be retained. Deletion does not instantly remove backups, service-provider logs or copies already downloaded. Read the AI Portal privacy notice for the current handling and retention details.
