Account settings, private documents, Points, subscriptions and billing must come from the Portal backend truth. This page does not present draft pricing or Preview capabilities as live.

Role-based Portal entry also remains unavailable until the Portal publishes its approved role taxonomy, authorisation and destination routes. Public task links on this website are not role workspaces.

For account deletion, use the verified account or privacy control in the Portal or App once that workflow is published. The public website cannot inspect or delete an account. If you cannot reach that control, ask website support for the current verified path and do not send participant or care-record data.
